Ganzeboom Transmissions, one of Europe’s top remanufacturers of gearboxes, is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year. Still under the guidance of founder Ben Ganzeboom, the company remanufactures 2,500 gearboxes per year at locations in Almelo and Rosmalen in the Netherlands. The business employs a workforce of 50 people who joined in a celebration on March 31.


With the founder now acting mainly in an advisory role, daily operations are jointly managed by Ben Ganzeboom’s three sons, Mark, Michel and Rob, who have been with the company for more than 25 years,

“We all have different tasks, we all focus on different things, but together we have just one goal, achieving 100% custumer satisfaction. This means ensuring high quality for a fair price and offering fitting solutions to all transmission related issues,” Mark Ganzeboom said.

Reflecting the company culture of craftmanship and service, the celebration invite to the employees put it simply:
